Set on a vast, picturesque plot of land in Ijevan, our resort offers a true escape. We feature two beautifully crafted wooden houses with rustic charm. Extras, regional food, and various activities can be added to your stay.

A private enclosed pool with a heated jacuzzi, available to guests at any hour. The enclosure keeps it comfortable year-round regardless of weather. Towels and loungers are provided.
A traditional dry sauna built from local wood, accommodating up to 6 people. Firewood is prepared for you. Ideal for unwinding in the evening, especially in cooler months.
A trampoline, a basketball hoop, an open-air singing stage, and a fenced area where two resident deer live. Plenty to keep everyone busy.
Each cabin has its own Manghal station with charcoal, skewers, and grilling tools ready to go. Armenian barbecue under the open sky is a highlight of any stay.
